Tatianna brings a rare mix of hands-on caregiving experience and healthcare operations knowledge, with years of experience in patient care settings as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Patient Care Technician (PCT), plus a bachelor’s degree focused on Health Services Administration, including long-term care administration.
